This site shares the official court filings in my pending civil case against Citigroup Inc., Citibank, N.A., and related individual defendants, Index No. 152956/2026. The documents posted here are already public records available through the New York State Courts Electronic Filing (NYSCEF) system. I intend to continue posting new public filings as the case progresses for maximum transparency.

I am representing myself without a lawyer. The defendants are represented by attorneys. Support through the GoFundMe page will help cover litigation costs, legal consultation costs, and basic living expenses so I can devote full time to prosecuting the case and protecting my rights in court.

The allegations in this case have not yet been decided by the Court. This site provides public access to the court record and seeks support to continue the litigation.
